Mr. Lynott is a Founding Principal and CEO of Viridian Partners. Mr. Lynott provides overall strategic direction and is ultimately responsible for consistently superior transaction performance for all Viridian deals. Mr. Lynott focuses on the identification of Brownfield property that satisfy Viridian’s acquisition template. The firm is pursuing the selective acquisition of highly constrained Brownfield’s property located in the major urban markets that are suitable for repositioning and disposition to developers and end users.
Before founding Viridian, Mr. Lynott was a Founding Principal and President and CEO of LandBank from 1995 to 2003. He implemented business templates to support the acquisition of environmental properties by LandBank. He focused on transaction structure and completion and on continuing relationships with sellers, buyers, and joint venture partners.
Mr. Lynott has proven expertise as a Principal in Brownfield’s transactions having personally completed and/or overseen over 50+ transactions with an acquisition value of roughly $1.0 billion since 1995. These redevelopment projects have addressed all types of contaminants including metals, organics and chlorinated materials often all on the same property. These transactions have been supported by the placement of over $500,000,000 in insurance products. While the redeveloped end use has been primarily industrial, this history also includes mixed use, office and residential product types.

Mr. Lynott is a Founding Principal and provides overall strategic direction and is ultimately responsible for consistently superior transaction performance for all Viridian deals.
Mr. Goss is a Founding Principal responsible for all aspects of the company’s operations and each project’s underwriting, capitalization, and eventual asset disposition.
Director of Development
Mr. Ganch’s responsibilities include acquisition due diligence and implementation of project objectives including entitlement approvals, budget, schedule and quality control.
Chief Financial Officer
As CFO, Mr. Schubert oversees all aspects of the Company’s financial reporting, strategic planning, accounting, budgeting and statutory compliance.
Director of Investments
Mr. Zitek’s responsibilities include acquisition due diligence, market and financial analysis, project performance monitoring and reporting, and disposition coordination.
