Mr. Goss is a Founding Principal and President of Viridian Partners. Mr. Goss is responsible for all aspects of the company’s operations and each project’s underwriting, capitalization, and eventual asset disposition.
Prior to founding Viridian, Mr. Goss served as Executive Vice President of ORIX Real Estate Equities and two predecessor companies, Jones Lang LaSalle and The Galbreath Company. During his 10-year tenure, Mr. Goss profitably managed the development of over 28 projects, valued in excess of $1.5 billion. During his 45-year career, Mr. Goss additionally created and sold a real estate investment advisory firm, served as regional acquisition director for both First National Bank of Chicago and McNeil Pension Advisory Group, and completed in excess of $4 billion of office, retail, and industrial investments and developments. To begin his career, Mr. Goss served as a Lieutenant in the US Navy Supply Corps.
Chief Executive Officer
Mr. Lynott is a Founding Principal and provides overall strategic direction and is ultimately responsible for consistently superior transaction performance for all Viridian deals.

Director of Development
Mr. Ganch’s responsibilities include acquisition due diligence and implementation of project objectives including entitlement approvals, budget, schedule and quality control.
Regional Development Director
Mr. Cahn serves as Eastern Regional Development Director for Viridian Partners. He is responsible for the acquisition, entitlement, development and disposition of all the company’s projects for the Eastern United States.
Chief Financial Officer
As CFO, Mr. Schubert oversees all aspects of the Company’s financial reporting, strategic planning, accounting, budgeting and statutory compliance.
Director of Investments
Mr. Zitek’s responsibilities include acquisition due diligence, market and financial analysis, project performance monitoring and reporting, and disposition coordination.
